300 new maximum-security beds, removal of ligature points from existing medium-security cells, new gatehouse, visitor processing, kitchen, education, recreation and workshop buildings, and expansion of visits, prisoner reception/processing, medical and dog squad buildings. Expansion of perimeter fence, new car park, and six residential cottages at the prison farm.
