Caloundra Courthouse & Watchhouse

Caloundra QLD

Located in the Caloundra Health & Justice precinct, the Caloundra District and Magistrates Court Complex consists of two courts, support services, and associated watchhouse facilities.

The contemporary design has been set back from the main road to accentuate the presence of the building in the landscape, as well as a sense of arrival. A simple legible planning concept shared with controlled and screened views was used to create an open and calming environment for both the staff and public.
